Lyrics
Hey Dublin
Hey Dublin, I‘ve got a slow, wet kiss
soft and tender as the mist
Hey Dublin, is your heart too hard to lift?
Hey Dublin, right now is all there is
Hey Dublin, I’ve been writing in the rain
Washing wounds and cleansing stains
Hey Dublin, I heard you’ve been doin’ the same
Hey Dublin, it’s time to come out of the pain
There’s a Selchie songspell
I heard inside a cockleshell
Twas of round moon, dark ale, enchanted wand, Holy Grail
So Dublin, while they’re counting sheep
Close your eyes and swim the deep
It’s me, inside the rhythms of the sea
With me, ride the rhythms of the sea
There’s a Selchie songspell
I heard inside a cockleshell
Twas of round moon, dark ale, enchanted wand, Holy Grail
The sweetest song ever sung
Hey Dublin, do you know that one?
