	Story Behind the Song I started writing this song one summer while I was at home in Georgia. It was very hot outside and my AC decided to stop working. So I decided to write the song about the unbareable heat. Aparently it was too hot to write songs that day, so I didn't get it finished. A couple months later I was living in Boston and It was freezing out. I was homesick and the Georgia heat didn't seem so bad anymore. So Georgia Heat turned into a love song for home.
