	Story Behind the Song I heard this song many years ago by Peter Paul and Mary, and more recently as a beautiful arangement for guitar by Ed Gerhard. The song has roots in Scotland as a melody known as O Waly Waly, Ireland also claims the melody, and there are English lyrics to the song...so, who can say for sure. One thing is certain. It's a beautiful song. It was recorded at my studio, Lamplight Music, in Alabama, and it went down in one take.
