	Story Behind the Song This song was originally written for a band competition that promoted anti-drug and anti-gang sentiments as their ultimate agenda. It's a desperate cry of anguish by a youth struggling at the treshold of submission to such degradative solidarity. The inner sanctum of his consciousness yearns for a righteous saviour to come, before he gets lulled into the backstreet alleyways of the black underground.
