	Story Behind the Song When I wrote and recorded this one I was just stoned as hell and pissed off and I just thought up these lyrics and wrote this riff and the song was originaly called "Take it easy" but I work at this gas station and I say "take it easy" all day, so I decided to start saying "have a crappy day or "take it hard" and that was the title until just now when I wrote "take it heavy" So I canged the Name!
