	Story Behind the Song This track grew out of the riff that runs through the entire piece, as well as my interest in imposing shifting chord sequences over static, repetitive themes (I'm particularly happy with the way the riff is passed from the keyboard to the bass in the mid section, rather like a baton in a relay race).It was originally recorded at a much faster rate which sounded a bit silly when guitar and bass were added. I settled on a more "medium" tempo that reflects the melancholy of the melody/harmony as well as providing a spacey/groovey environment
