This song, while not making much sense, is also, in a way, about my disappointment in the fact that the word I thought I had made up (gigantor) was already in existence. |

Story Behind the Song
I thought I had made up the word "gigantor", and found out later that it was already the name of an anime, so I got mad and wrote a song about it. Of course, I forgot to write lyrics, so in my first recording of the song, I improvised the vocals completely, which birthed the lyric "Why do you make me pee in the rain? It's already wet outside." which I think is really funny, as it implies that the only problem I have with urinating in the rain is that I'm having no effect on anything. This recording was done in about an hour in early June of 2003
Lyrics
All alone in
Familiar places
all of my friends have vanished from this place
all of my family has disappeared without a trace
Everyone gone
When you're all alone inside yourself you know what's to come
Gigantor
What do you want from me?
And why do you make me pee
in the rain?
It's already wet outside
I'm not going
out so quickly
I know I'm not the one who built the fort
Someone should have made absolutely sure i'd never get in
Not that it will matter anymore
'cause everyone has disappeared and you are all that's left
Gigantor
How does it feel to be
underneath my tree
with my girl?
It's probably warmer inside
Everyone, oh, everyone, oh, everyone is gone
Gigantor
Why did I get the boot?
And why did you have to shoot
me in the face?
it wouldn't have been so messy in my back
