	Luka Sorkočević /1734 – 1789/ Before some 250 years in Dubrovnik lived Luka Sorkočević. He was the first croatian symphony composer. In young years he wrote his best works. Luka Sorkočević composed under dominant influence of italian preromantic symphonists, especially G.B.Sammartini and R.de Capua. He had frendly relationship with composers of that time, Joseph Haydn and Christoph Willibald Gluck. Sonata in A-major for piano was written in 1754.
