Story Behind the Song
This song began as all my other songs do, i had an idea and i wrote it down and recorded it. What happened though was after I had written it I needed a new song to perform at church, so I began to worry, I didn't feel this song was all that great, so I sat down and worked on it for two days straight until the song had gone through three different choruses and two different bridges. Whatever I had done though worked out, the song became one of my favorites, and it was a success at church. This song, more than any other song i've written expresses my feelings to a level where I can actually listen to it and say, wow I know what that guy is going through. The song all in all was worth the time it took to write, and in fact was the quickest song for me to record since I felt so deeply on the subject the words and the emotion just came out perfectly.
