    Story Behind the Song
it was written over the course of about two weeks and was recored in one take, it's about everything and can be applied to anything

    Lyrics
the notion one man is better than another man is a faslified idea concocted by an overzealous over respected capitolist and those who are happy to take the abuse who do nothing to stop it or even try to defend themselves until everyone's dead death is the only balance between lives we count on death to silence those too proud to be human but the living give classes still even in death where a man's worth is measured in the weight of stone and opinions of him in an aray of flowers which were once used to cover the stench of decay which truely is the equalizer because we all rot - my complements and condolances go out to those of you happy to live your lives day by day month by month year by year forever - for those happy to remain blind ignorance is bliss they say and noone can take it away noone can take it away but take heed these words of warning and ask yourself who will bring you flowers to cover up your stench - did you ever stop and think about everyone you meet and suddenly you realize that you're on your feet it slowly encompasses you until you don't know who you are - and it grows until you see that you are a part of me - now comes the time some forget what's come to pass others bask in the knowledge of experience but all take to mind the lesson it has taught that in a world of empty eyes inside of empty heads there is no room or time to think about the lives that they're wasting changes brought on by some unknown made up source the roof we built over our heads is collapsing and there's noway out because we forgot to build a door we're going to die alone and screaming hemorraging internal bleeding crying for the comfort of a mother's breast as she whispers "it's okay" but it's not it's all over and it's all our fault
