A song inspired by several friends who were adopted. Scott Fore, our drummer, was adopted. There are so many children in the world who need a home and a family.
CD: Where Do You Get Off?   Label: Unsigned Independent
Credits: Music, Lyrics, Vocals, Rhythm Guitar and Production by Ray Bryant, Lead Guitar Steve Bryan, Drums by Scott Fore and Bass by Steve Lattanzio

    Story Behind the Song
This song is about homeless children. I have often wondered why there are any in the world? Both Russ Dozier our former drummer and Scott Fore our current Drummer were Adopted Children. Steve dated a girl for a while who was adopted. Seemed like they were everywhere at the time. Such good people to know and it made me think of all of the children out there in the world who still need homes and familys.

    Lyrics
GOT THIS FEELING I CAN'T DESCRIBE
WHENEVER I'M LOST INSIDE YOUR EYES
GOT THE FEARS OF A LONELY CHILD
    DEEP INSIDE
    MEMORIES OF A LONELY CHILD
WHO HAS NO PLACE TO CALL HOME
    I CAN FEEL IT
    CAN YOU FEEL IT
    THERE'S LOVE IN YOUR EYES
    THAT THE SCARS CANNOT HIDE

GOT THE FEARS OF A LONELY CHILD
WITH NO PLACE TO CALL HOME
GOT THE FEARS OF A LONELY, LONELY CHILD

THERE'S THIS FEELING I GET INSIDE
WHENEVER YOU'RE LOST INSIDE YOUR MIND
YOU CRY THE TEARS OF A LONELY CHILD
    LATE AT NIGHT
ALL THOSE YEARS AS A LONELY CHILD
WHO HAS NO WAY TO GO HOME
    I CAN FEEL IT
    CAN YOU FEEL IT
    THERE'S LOVE IN YOUR EYES
    THAT THE PAIN WON'T DENY

ALL THESE FEELINGS I CAN'T DENY
WHENEVER I LOOK INTO YOUR EYES
    MEMORIES OF A LONELY CHILD
    DEEP INSIDE
GOT THE FEARS OF A LONELY CHILD
WHO HAD NO PLACE TO CALL HOME
    I CAN FEEL IT
    CAN YOU FEEL IT
    THERE'S PAIN IN YOUR EYES
    THAT NO ONE CAN DENY
