	Story Behind the Song this song is about the Great Depression, and how the dust bowl affected the farmers of northern Texas. it's from the perspective of a little boy who has to watch his dad waste his life away to keep food on the table, when all the boy really want to do is leaving Texas.i used to live in Wichita Falls, so it's semiautobiographical. the entire record took 5 days to make.
