	Story Behind the Song I wrote this song for my wife, an only child. She has remained with me for 27 years. In this age of lack of commitment and divorce, she's a shining anomaly, a star close to heaven. This song is sad but sweet. The piano and strings work very closely with each other -- much like an only child treats a best friend -- like a sister.
