	Story Behind the Song This version of Cave is a live recording, done at the Roxy Studios in Long Island City New York. The song was initially known as "The batman Song" but then it continued to be transformed into "Cave". Cave is all about one person being surrounded with negativity, and how that person will not tolerate being ultimately caved in. Lyrics now I see That I can rise to my feet my knees are soiled with mud And a veil covers my eyes. I feel nothing but cold in a abyss of black For I breathe in a world of hatred, Lies are our only patron. When will I see the light shoot across The eternal night and break eternity.
