	I had just found an old cassette with a recording of the Chudd Convention given to me by my brother years ago. He was and still is a big fan of Skinny Puppy and bought this record because of the band member connection between the two. I'd say that it's pretty much a dark ambient album for vocals. This has long been one of my favorite albums, and when I heard it again it inspired me to create this 4 part Untitled Piece for Vocals, Part 1 presented here. Parts 2 & 3 are sections/samples taken from the source recordings and played with/extended. I recorded Part 4 a week later and it just seemed to fit in with the others. Around this same time I was messing with vocal samples that I had taken from the internet of 2 women having sex. I have always been interested in vocals (strange because I am not a fan of my own voice, although I'm growing more accustomed to it). Artists like Makigami Koichi, Mike Patton & Jaap Blonk have always amazed me with how they are able to use their vocals to such a dramatic degree. This is my attempt to become more comfortable with my own voice while creating some amazing vocal drones.

	Story Behind the Song On my computer I have a file for every month, and during that month whatever I create gets stored and sorted through and mixed and eventually saved or discarded. I try to record as often as I can, I've just recently bought a Tascam MF-P01 Portastudio 4-Track and already have amassed 12 tracks this month (today being June 4th).
