	Story Behind the Song LIVING ON THE OUTSIDE (LOOKING IN) (c) (p) 2000 Razor Spirits ASCAP When I asked Vincent to describe this song when I was prepared to put it on mp3.com, he only said "white guy funk." Listening to the track, I quickly understood why. It's got a solid groove, with some of the best live bass recording Vincent has done, but the lyrics are typical Truman (read: white guy). There are plenty of musical surprises throughout, which have made me play it several times. Even the ending, ripped out of a series of sound effects and live recordings, is bizarre.
