	Story Behind the Song The song started originally as Nick's idea. The intro and the progression and everything. Then I (carter) wrote lyrics for it and once that wad one filled in the song with bits and pieces of guitar melody. I thought it was cool to not have an actual lyrical verse but just instrumental. whatever. the end's clean progression with nick playing his solo over again in clean as well was my idea and uh......i like taking credit for stuff. cool huh? Lyrics All around me all these martyrs killing people and i wonder what theyre dying for. And if theres one thing i have learned from all this violence its that nationalism causes war. Your individuality is so important cuz its something that you can't replace. Follow your god and your nation blindly and i tell you there is a price to pay.
