	This is the song that gained Sonic notoriety in the world. We performed "Grounded" in Toronto's Molson Amphitheatre for World Youth Day to a live audience of 21,000. Afterwards, we were invited to Sanremo, Italy where we performed "Grounded" to a televised audience in the millions across Europe.

	Story Behind the Song "Grounded" is a song about staying sane in a world that is so insane. It's weird and funny to see what happens to your friends and family after you leave high school. What they go on to become. Who becomes successful and who doesn't. And sometimes it's shocking to see who these people are! One thing that always remains a constant among old friends is that song on the radio you all used to love and know the words to. It's sort of like the tie that binds friends. It is this feeling that Nina tried to capture with "Grounded".
