	Story Behind the Song I wrote this song after a long and anguishing night at a local bar on college night. I was there with some friends, and I knew this certain girl would come, so I waited and waited for her. She eventually came and once again I couldn't work up the guts to talk to her. She knew I was there, and she even caught my eye several times. I may not have been able to talk to her, but I know she could have. I just figured she was "too cool" with her army of friends surrounding her. I was listening to a lot of Finch at the time, so the little octave slide C#toD in the chorus is a slight rip off of the hook in What It Is To Burn. It took my about a week to put the finishing touches on the song, which is kind of wierd because it usually takes me less than a day to write a song. Anyway, Enjoy.
