	Story Behind the Song Just a sappy CATCHY hooky LOVE song...Josh was playing this rif acoustically and Breck came up with the melody immediately, it just flowed out really well and smoothly, it was like it was meant to be(Thank you God)The lyrics were then written and the song was done acoustically in less than an hour, then we rehearsed it as a band(ROSES ARE DEAD)www.rosesaredead.com and woa-la, we wre in the studio in like 3 days, and recorded the drum and bass tracks the first night, all the guitars the next day, Breck got strep throat so we had to wait like 3 days, it didn't affect his vocals at all (as you can tell) he went in layed the vocals down on basically 1 take, it was mixed the next day, Breck actually didn't like the first mix, so mixed one more tim at Brownhouse studios in Jackson, Ga. and as you can see Joel(the engineer) did an outstanding job, this song has about 2 weeks into it, and its done ready for the major labels to go crazy over it, we are all really excited being that we wre a ROCK band and have this song that has TRL potential all over it, it was specifically made for radio...that's it "Color My Heart Red" by ROSES ARE DEAD(R.A.D.)
