	Story Behind the Song "Yom Shabbat Kodesh Hu" is a traditional song for the Jewish Sabbath day. I recorded it at Argaman Studios, a wonderful recording studio in Israel, owned and operated by Ray Scudero. At first the ending seemed a bit abrupt, but Ray, who has years of experience in making music and recording, came up with the brilliant idea of introducing each voice one at a time and adding an extra go-round of the tune. Lyrics They're in Hebrew, so I'll summarize them here. This centuries-old song speaks of how wonderful the Sabbath Day is and the rewards for those who observe it. Its last verse, a copyright notice couched in flowery medieval Hebrew, was added to the song after the lyricist won a court case against someone who plagiarized it. It seems that the music business hasn't changed very much.
