	Story Behind the Song This song was written after a particularly drunken weekend camping with a small group of work colleagues on a corporate excursion. Our impending redundancy rendered us easily distracted. She was an odd sort, with a trick of engaging emotionally with near strangers with an intensity that has left me scarred. Needless to say, we all made asses of ourselves, and the events of that weekend shall never be spoken of again. I wrote the song by putting 4 bars on endless repeat, setting myself up in an armchair with pen, paper and a bottle of brandy and slowly drinking myself senseless. It didn’t help, but I got a song out of it.
