Story Behind the Song
Watching my son hitting the age where all these feelings are felt is what modivated this song. We all feel it at some point. I wrote this song while sitting on my favourite beach on the Gold Coast of Australia. The Sound of waves and sand at my feet has always cleared my mind and given me inspiration. The song took a day to write and a day to add a suitable tune too.
I pretty much do all my songs in one take when i record them. It is a more raw performance with no special effects or reverb.....Just me , My voice and my Guitar.
