This is a very killer and dynamic breakbeat track. It's got a grooved and thick bassline.
Some vocal samples are layered throughout the track. This song is arranged in a somewhat pop-structure so you won't get bored with repitious 4/4 kicks. |

Story Behind the Song
When I first found out about the electronic scene, I thought it was all a bunch of melodic cheesy trance (nothing against melodic). I was one of those people who called it all "techno". The first electronic breakbeat I heard was BT's "Movement In Still Life". It was amazing to me and I wanted to find out more about "Breakbeat".
I then discovered that there were different sub-genres of breakbeat like Funky, and Nu-Skool. The best nu-skool mix is DJ Omar Santana's "Battle for the Planet of the Breaks". Go and pick that up.
"Can You Feel This?" was produced by me in my own home studio. The strings sound awesome in the mix and the samples are on point. Make sure you all listen to the breakdown and build near the end. You'll love the phased bassline too. Just give it a listen and give me some hateful critiscm and I'll be happy. Oh yea...Can You Feel It?
