	This is a new recording of one of our oldest songs, from when we first started the band in '01. The drums are different now, and the guitars were discreetly changed in places as well. Another song about pirates, and the unforgiving sea which torments them.

	Story Behind the Song "Metal Mary" Pinches wrote the original lyrics to this song many years ago, and donated them to the band when it first started in 2001. Lauren Pike then edited the written material to fit the music, resulting in a song that is still a favorite to fans everywhere. Originally the drums were not as brutal as they are now, but as Luke Boutiette improved his skills over time, he was able to revise the drum tracks. Lyrics listen closely or buy the album when it's available.
