    Story Behind the Song
People hold others to standards that are just unrealistic. people grow and learn at different rates, but our learning has to be our own. forcing any kind of morality or growth upon someone only leads to conflic and suffering, the loss of freedom.

    Lyrics
hear me scream, gasp of breath and it feels like the first time, virgin air filling up my lungs, cutting our forked tongues, discovering ourselves so that we can be a better whole. If i am not my own, then what have i to contribute to the masses, clear the air of gasses of co-dependance, that only serve to suffocate. we all fall together, only as strong as our weakest links, planks in our eyes and desperate lives. is this the gorgeous bride of Christ. I'm going deeper now step back from my self, i seperate my self from you, are my thoughts my own, am i free to decide my life, apart from your opinions. be my keeper, not my dictator, be my lover, and be my friend, eternity is waiting, i've got to live for more than this fading world...
