	Story Behind the Song The Hollyburn Variations, were sessions recorded entirely off-the-grid on a remote mountaintop near Vancouver, British Columbia. The studio was run entirely off of a generator, thousands of feet above sea level, in the deep woods. Contributing samples were recorded off of a boom with a 4-track tascam (on D-cells) strapped to a backpack and later mixed over the sounds of bacon on the cast iron skillet, the rain falling outside and the fire crackling in the wood stove....
