	Story Behind the Song "Act That Way" started as the chorus/melody influenced by Keith's ex-girlfriend who disrespected him in a way that was unfamiliar and uncalled for. It turned into a bigger issue about those you surround yourself with, and believe to be on your side. You only find out that they aren't. It is about the struggle one suffers between interactions with people who you think are your best friends. The rest was written in the ex-girlfriend's bedroom that same day.
