	This song is dedicated to the Make a Wish Foundation of Colorado. They do their best to make the wishes of children suffering from very serious conditions come true. This song is about wishing they could just stay a little longer than many of them get to.

	Story Behind the Song I have begun playing coffe shops and donating the tips to various organizations (Make A Wish Foundation of Colorado, American Heart Association, so far). It is very rewarding and allows me to both help people and do what I enjoy (play and sing) at the same time. This song came to me when I thought about the children with serious and oftentimes terminal childhood illnesses and their parents. I'm certain they only wish they could simply stay together longer. Donating to the Make A Wish foundation is really easy, just go to their website and get out your credit card. I did a LOT of takes of the various parts of this song. I hope you like it.
