	Story Behind the Song This song was inspired by the sad story of Abysmilard in the book "Winter's tale" by Mark Helprin. The story is about Abysmilard's gradual transformation from an uggly, deformed and outcast creature into a being of pure beauty. Over a time span of more than hundred years he was doomed to live alone, tormented by a deep longing for acceptance and the aching to be loved.
