Story Behind the Song
A slightly melancholic feel to this. It's about a girl who's split up from her partner but doesn't want him to know she's upset and crying. Commercial trance featuring the vocals of Yana Kay.
Not as upbeat as some of my others. This has a serious sound to it to emphasise the sadness in the subject matter.
Lyrics
Weather says rain today,
and that's ok.
'cause you won't see me crying,
when you walk on by.
It's coming down so hard,
like it's never gonna end.
Don't care if the sun,
will ever shine again.
You'll never see me crying,
Never know I'm dying.
'cause my tears only fall,
if it's stormy after all.
You'll never see me crying.
Never know I'm dying.
You'll never see,
my tears in the rain.
Got my raincoat on.
This umbrella hides the pain.
You can see these tears,
you'll only think its rain.
You'll never see me crying,
Never know I'm dying.
'cause my tears only fall,
if it's stormy after all.
You'll never see me crying.
Never know I'm dying.
You'll never see,
my tears in the rain.
If you see me on the street,
all I'll do is smile.
But don't look in my eyes.
'cause you'll see what I hide.
See what I hide.
You'll never see me crying,
Never know I'm dying.
'cause my tears only fall,
if it's stormy after all.
You'll never see me crying.
Never know I'm dying.
You'll never see,
my tears in the rain.
Tears in the rain.
