	Story Behind the Song This song was written as therapy for me. It was written in one day, and it deals more with making a life change than a relationship change. It took about 7 hours to lay down all the track, with most of them happening within a couple of takes. Lyrics Why do I try and fool myself and say that this is the best that I can do?
