	Story Behind the Song Alabaster is a song about loss and love. It is about my first love (which also happens to be about the first girl I was ever with.) Her name was not Alabaster, but her middle name catches you off guard similar to when you try to figure out what I’m saying. When she first told me what her entire name was.. I did not believe her, but as I got to know her I came to see that it was indeed true. I still miss her and love her very much to this day… and yes even now sometimes I still say her name.
