	Story Behind the Song 1972 originated from a riff I would break out at rehearsals as a warm up for the band. Over time the groove became such a favorite of the guys, I decided to add it to the live set, naming it 1972. Given the definite Hendrix, Trower, SRV undertones, it's a performed as a tribute to what I refer to as the Holy Guitar Trinity.
