	Story Behind the Song This is the 1st track of 8 done in 1989. Most assumed that Vince Lawrence and Adonis, when they were artist with Trax Records, were responsible for these tracks because we used the same name, but they had nothing to do with it. All these tracks are grooves just from hours of playing, and that's how we went into the studio and recorded. Hit play on the drum machine and just started playing live. Actually this was our first studio experience ever, being 2 guys out of high school and just use to playin' for family, church or hours at home. Lidell Townsend was actually asked to produce the tracks, who had the hit NuNu(Oo Oo, Yey yey) and a few others, but it just wasn't workin' out in the studio so we ended up producing it ourselves along with Rick Barnes and Derek Brand who were members of the Nicholas Tremulis Band and ran the studio, which is still in existence today in Chicago named RaxTrax Studios. We were on a real low budget at the time and I(Merl) was in constant artistic battles with Larry Sherman(Trax Records) about how we should be doing things and promoting the music and needing new equipment and such.
