    Story Behind the Song
Rejected was written about this guy in another band that I used to be in. He was a control freak. We were always at odds. To make a long story short, I got kicked out of this band. Nobody really liked this guy really, he was just a great musician. But he totally fucked my head up. This song is a reflection of how I feel for him. He is the lowest common denominator. Thats why he is rejected. The great thing about this song is, this is like a fill in the blank song...being that you can put anyone in the rejected position. Everyone has felt a strong hatred or dislike towards another.

    Lyrics
How can you look at me, lie to me, and try to be
My friend in the end you're all alone
All alone cause nobody needs you, loves you, wants you
Rejected- By everyone you ever knew -
Rejected- By everyone that knows you -

    Rejected X 7 -Chorus

What can I do to get thru to you, I thought you knew
You thought I did, you are wrong, I never liked you
No more will I let you use me, abuse me, hurt me
Rejected- By everyone you ever knew -
Rejected- By everyone that knows you -

    Rejected X 7 -Chorus

Friend, that was a word that I heard you say to me
But your fuckin' words don't mean thing to me
Hate is but a small part of what I feel for you
Lost so much trust from the shit that you put me thru
You think about your self too much you're selfish X 3
You think about yourself too much

How can you look at me, lie to me, and try to be
My friend in the end you're all alone
All alone cause nobody needs you, loves you, wants you

    Rejected X 4
