	A rising synth line compliments a thick bass with a rythmic filter envelope. Towards the peak of the track, a novel progression makes itself heard. The beat has a slight shuffle groove. Shakers, Congas and a secondary beat loop with a quick gated compression make this spirited track roll n' bounce.

	Story Behind the Song This track was based off an arpeggiated chord progression I wrote years ago. I had been getting ready to make a career change while writing it, and didn't have a lot of time. Writing it was an uphill battle - It seemed I could never find time to complete it, hence the title Upwards Gradient.
