(5:07) A mid-paced, more straight forward prog-rock song concerning the fact that, although contrary to what we may say, most our our actions are not about personal fulfillment nor self-sustained altruism but rather simply to tell a story to attained glorification from others. The story involves a man who has done ridicuolusly chancy things throughout his life even though he enjoys none of it and keeps upping the stakes through dangerous jobs in journalism, in conjuctions with secret government assignments, who ultimately pays for his idiotic self-gratifying actions.

    *** Drained ***

Drained out from my gelli-phone in through a belly broken parting plastic bag bone crushing stained writhing a cell atoned abiding overflow amazing frothy hell outspoken chained.....

Plummet on a skate lucky mate matching drunk college cliff jumping I tried to raise the bar and crave bizarre running circles in a plane mocking video star while hopping on a rail chosen lake frozen its hard to wait for the chump charter travel far and by and large twenty country riding 3rd world freed niacin charge tax on my head had to raid for a bed stinging shock monkey state with a violin tart back breaking voracious car crashing space making post-sonic furious but better shut up cause it was the best thing I never did dying was the best thing I never did dying was the best thing I never did and I tried hard

Correlate the fate pharmaceutical so altruistical taste army placed aside but at the time wondered justified forsake follow heroic guide then I was a good cop or bad cop mostly a one stop shop for the FBI and I stood by watching terroristic states porting medicine jars back on a oar carting sacks lurching cruel buzzing hot filling vats on a barren dirt floor copy reprieve taking notes what I see mainly just subtle daily fuss and in relation dying was the best thing I never did dying was the best thing I never did dying was the best thing I never did and I tried hard

So why despite the fear I hide just for the stories, I assume and find again awake I lie cowered in the corner of my room on a rainy day in June

Somehow took the bait faking trapped cornered stakes fucking lame shit but and I had to raise my arms and crying hard shouted journalistic crap futile ritual farce kicked to my knees and they locked down at me cocking black metal draped cloaking hooded attire statement prepared and then pulled up to stare into the blazing video and pleaded unmistakable so sorry that it came to this we cannot save an idiot the best thing I ever did dying was the best thing I ever did dying was the best thing I ever did and I died trying

Drained into the all aware staying to late I fear....
