	Story Behind the Song True story of a friend whose six year-old daughter had this this "blue softy". It was ratty and dirty, but she could could not go anywhere without it. Well that inspired the song "Blanket Color Blue". I made up a little story involving a predominant character in some other stories and songs, the loathful "Bully". Kids and adults alike can relate well to the "Bully", because most of us have had experiences trying to deal with these unfortunate types. This is one of my favorites. I think the tone of the chorus captures the and passion the boy has for his "blue blankie". Don't touch my blanket color blue... or else.
