	Story Behind the Song PowderKeg was written music first and is one of our more demanding songs to play, as it involves 5 distinct parts, a slight time change, a key shift and a massive solo. This track is the first time that we've attempted a number of these feats. Lyrics suggest sort of a familiar rock defense of freedom and reckless abandonment. This song originally had a classic rock flair to it, but turned into a more modern rock song in the studio. It's been featured on Seattle's KEXP 90.3 FM.
