	Story Behind the Song This song started as an amazing piano piece played by eric into studio vision. After alot of part writting and eliminating he was able to evolve "Basic" beautifuly into a strong flowing sound with a great amount of sonic detail. Once Bethany put her vocals in, the entire song fell into place more then we were expecting and there you have it.
