	Story Behind the Song This song has my good friend Boot as the DJ and me talking before and after. My roomate Trey is also chilling in the background and never says anything. This is a song about a breakup. It was messy, and there are always two sides of the story. I wrote this song when I was upset, so it's a little more exagerated than real life. But I basically had to breakup with a girl because she didn't( or couldn't) feel for me as much as I felt for her, and it was slowly killing me. Lyrics We all live the sad songs and movies that we love, and we dream of the happy ones that we hate. Without diamonds or a red dress you always had me impressed. Another day that I wait and you stay and we never move. You wouldn't hurt me so I had to bleed on my own. You say there's hope on a summer's day, but can you promise anything You say I never trusted and I say you never cared. Your needs don't seem that important to you from here. Can you give some more apathy; you haven't proved yourself to me. Just make me anything; whatever you need. Make me the joke, the love, the burden, the dream.
