Lyrics
Jessica was running through the dawn of the light,
Then she passed old 513 and vanished out of sight.
A small face had been watching from a window across the way,
He hadn't heard a scream or cry but knew he couldn't stay,
So he left.
David jumped into the street and started in his chase,
He sprinted for the very spot she'd left without a trace.
Running with no fear, he crossed the threshold from dawn to night:
The sun, just like the girl before, had vanished out of sight.
He was scared.
He stood there in the street knowing exactly where to turn,
But the truth about old 513, he wished he'd never learn.
Every house that lined the street had vanished with the day,
And the one house that he feared the most was the only one to stay.
He saw lights.
David, with a jolt finds himself flying through the air,
The car had nearly his him, but Jessica was there.
His sister saved his life, and yet he still could not find
The feeling in his arms or legs that were hurting in his mind.
He woke up.
