It was conceptualized in our basement during one practice as a part for another song but through experimentation it became its own stand alone song. The motivation behind this song was to take a simple guitar riff and build it into a monument of energy. The songs simple but powerful guitar work and explosive climax has made this song a fan favortite that is both distinct and recognizable. Lyrics liquor and matches spark headaches and habits and recycled reactions to a faraway nightmare. Water and poison meet sky air and oceans, crippling motion like the gaze of a gun.
