	Story Behind the Song this song was written during a band practice one day on the fly. the lyrics were wrote about a week before the music, and seemed to go well with the music. this was a christian band so the lyrics have deep spiritual meaning. the song is entitled repeating because the lyrics repeat themselves. it's all about how we beg for forgiveness from something we have done, then do that same thing again, and keep asking for forgiveness. at the end, we see that we didnt need to keep asking, we were already forgiven. Lyrics hurt again. left here to die. the problem is just me agian. not giving up my right to live. instead, hating all...there....is. you left me here to die. no on answers, no one...says....why..... pierced for my transgressions hung for my death. bleeding for salvation continuing until nothings left. three years of agony, filled in three days of loss. born again of the love not paying the cost. immoblizing efforts to attack again slipping up, to bring the end. protective masks wearing thin dying slowly from deep within solitude looks happy only from far away your life for mine the only way..... forgiving all of unthinkable hurt cannot try to do this myself we killed you for our gain Jesus.... i look up to the sky and you look into my eyes. pain subsides my hatred dies.
