The album's opening track is th laid-back “Fall Away” which is typical Paging Raymond fare, with Jim Borders’ shimmery mandolin and classic Tim Wilsbach and Aaron Adelsperger harmonies. Enough can’t be said about the sublime harmonies these two produce together. Their voices mesh so well you’d think it’s the same person double-tracking their own voice. |

Story Behind the Song
This song started with two lines, "I hate the rain, I hate the grey", everything kind of just fell into place after that, and it didn't have much of a meaning until after. I guess it's about realizing that the world is passing you by because you're feeling sorry for yourself, and doing something about it.
