Story Behind the Song
At the time I wrote this song,I lived at the CharAnn motel in Sparks Nevada.I was'nt planning on writing it about the event Hot August Nights but it just somehow turned out that way.Once the song was recorded I sent it to David Saville the director of the event and he liked it so much he decided to make it the official song of the event,and so a contract was signed between me and Hot August Nights.
