	Life means dealing with loss. As we get older people close to us, old and young, pass on. Movin' On explores loss and getting on with life.

	Story Behind the Song My wife and I have lost several friends and family members in a short period of time. The losses caused me to come face to face with my own mortality and the process of grieving. In order to heal and accept the losses and "Move on" with our lives I wrote this song to keep it all in perspective.
