	Story Behind the Song I wrote this song after meeting Tristan, on a spring sunday afternoon in New Zealand,and somehow I was inspired to write a song that was about Tristan and Isolde and at the same time about us, since I felt some affinities with Isolde myself. It was recoded in Belgium at my friendīs home recording studio in about two days. Lyrics I see our tragic story unfold between our eyes itīs all inside my heart between you and I should I set the wheel in motion hope it ends well in the end or should I not even tell you keep the secret in myself? Iīm afraid Iīm too romantic for a world thatīs full of pain Iīm afraid youīll surely laugh at me leave me crying in the rain It has happened oh so much before I am tired of this charade All I want is sweet warm loving laughter on a summerīs day Am I asking for too much When all around is shame for our longings and our weaknesses donīt we all just want the same Once again Iīll put myself in the hands of destiny hoping it will take good care of me leave me something I can keep I will let myself ride the waves of the ocean that will come hope my heart and soul is strong enough to withstand all that will come cause Iīm afraid Iīm too romantic...
