	Story Behind the Song It's a 'tell it like it is' song. I browse this sight and see all the fluff, the 'payola', and all, and look: I want to be recognized just as much as anyone, but I just ain't got the cash! I got talent in spades and it embarrasses all the heavy hitters, but I firmly believe that GOOD music eventually finds its' rightful audience. Alligator Records showed a small interest in my songs(only the songs)ten years ago, but the fact of the matter is Koko Taylor or Johnny Lang just can't sing like this. And that's OK. This is the manton sound, and no-one's got it but me. And I'll always be here to remind you of just what the real blues is all about!
